Dissatisfied, depressed, and disconnected....I do understand, I battled for a long time with those feelings. Ordinary counselling helped, but there was a stubborn "cloud" that would not seem to shift. I had to deal with my most fundamental relationship...
The relationship with MYSELF. Then things really began to change.
When you get in touch with your deepest Self...... It is a bit like putting the plug in a socket and remembering to TURN IT ON. Once that energy is flowing you will know what you really want to do. The steps you need to take will become clear.
We have all read, seen or heard the film "The Secret." It tells the truth, but what if you are not able to shift out of that disconnected place, not able to believe in yourself, and the struggle just goes on? You know what you should do.You KNOW there is something better. And yet.....you are still not seeing new things, wonderful things in your life.

First there might need to be some healing, some undoing of old, unhelpful beliefs from childhood or some other situation. A LETTING GO.Perhaps old religious beliefs need to be examined.But more likely, it is your beliefs about Life and about yourself that are not working...
And when that space within is cleared...
Then there is space for something NEW...
Now you can begin.
Get in touch with who you really are, then what you do will be an expression of Life, Love, Purpose....not just doing something because you feel you should, or your friends do it, or your parents...

As we go through life, sometimes we lose touch with that. Life can seem stale and meaningless. But it is possible to find the way through...to new levels of peace, self acceptance and joy.
